Carrier scans can lag. Give it 24–48 hours after it's marked shipped. If it's stalled longer, message us in chat with your order #.
It says delivered but I don't have it
Check mailroom/front desk, neighbors, and around entrances. If still missing after 24 hours, chat us and we'll help.
Wrong item / damaged item
Send a photo in chat. We'll fix it fast.
How long does shipping take?
